  • 8.23.08 - Thanks to everyone who attended the Replenish event with Robbie Seay, myself, Clarissa Jamison, and Bent Knee. Approximately 600 people showed up, and we definitely appreciated the support and the spirit that you brought to worship God. Besides participating in an incredible worship event, we wanted to make a difference to people in need, which is why we had a tie-in with Living Water International. Living Water builds wells for people around the world who have no access to clean water. It takes $8,000 for them to build a well, and some thought it would be great if everyone could give $10 a piece, thus raising $6000. Not enough to build a well, but definitely a good amount given that a lot of the audience were high school and junior high students. We are thrilled to report that almost $10,000 was raised - more than enough to build a well!

Thanks to Robbie and the Robbie Seay Band, Clarissa, and Bent Knee for allowing me to partner with them in worship. Thanks also to Cody Cruise, Sandra, and the St Peter's staff for having the vision to put this event together. Most of all, thanks to you for your prayers, your words of encouragement, and for those who were able to make the event. God was glorified, and there are people in Ghana who will now have clean water and hopefully someday a purified and replenished soul!
